Distressed Properties
To see distressed listings you can click on bank REOs and short sale properties. Properties marked as short sales and REOs make up a total of about 30% of recent Monterey Peninsula sales. There are over 300 distressed properties now on the Monterey Peninsula, many of which are not currently listed. Please contact me for additional details regarding these properties.
Financing Update
The conforming loan limit in Monterey County has been raised to $729K (through 12/31/10) and jumbo loans are available again. You can check out today's interest rates or check out the small number of homeowners on the Monterey Peninsula who will finance part of your home purchase.
